摘  要:从诱导前列腺癌细胞凋亡、细胞周期阻滞、抑制癌血管生成和癌细胞转移、激活免疫等方面综述了灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)对抑制前列腺癌的作用机理,为深入研究和开发以灵芝为来源的防治前列腺癌的功能性食品、保健品和药品提供科学依据。Recent advances in mechanisms of the anti-prostate cancer activity of Ganoderma lucidum were reviewed. To our knowledge, multiple machanisms act in concert to deliver the anti-prostate cancer effect. These mechanisms include induction of cancer cell apotosis, blockage of cancer cell cycle, inhibition of angiogenesis and metastasis, and activation of immune system. These findings provide bases for further research and development of G. lucidum-based functional foods, health products and theraputic agents for prevention and treatment of prostate cancer.
