冠心病患者纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体和超敏C反应蛋白水平变化

摘　　要：目的评估纤维蛋白原（FIB）、D-二聚体（DD）和超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与冠心病及病情的相关性，探讨其对冠心病的临床应用价值。方法入选2017年1-7月武汉大学人民医院心内科住院患者300例，根据冠脉造影结果分组，对照组155例，试验组145例。FIB和DD由全自动凝血分析仪测定，hs-CRP由全自动生化分析仪测定。数据分析采用SPSS19．0统计软件，对照组和试验组比较和试验组亚组比较采用样本t检验。结果试验组FIB、DD和hs-CRP浓度较对照组高，分别为FIB（2．66±0．07）g／L比（2．84±0．05）g／L，DD（0．22±0．06）mg／L比（0．51±0．04）mg／L，hs-CRP（0．11±0．52）mg／L比（0．52±0．57）mg／L，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；并且病情越严重，FIB、DD和hs-CRP浓度越高，与冠心病严重程度呈正相关。结论冠心病患者FIB、DD和hs-CRP指标检测能够有效评估患者病情，具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective： To investigate the value of clinical application in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease（CHD） by measuring serum levels of fibrinogen（FIB）, D-Dimer（DD） and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in patients with CHD. Method： We enrolled 300 patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology at Renmin Hospital, Wuhan University between January 2017 and July 2017 into this study. This study enrolled 155 patients into the control group and 145 patients into the experimental group. The indicators were assessed using fully automatic biochemical and coagulation analyzers. The data were analyzed using SPSS19.0 statistical software. A t-test was used for comparisons between the control group and the experimental group. Results： The serum levels of FIB, DD and hs-CRP were higher in the experimental group than in the control group. FIB（2.66±0.07）vs.（2.84±0.05）g/L, DD（0.22±0.06）vs.（0.51±0.04）mg/L, hs-CRP（0.11±0.52）vs.（ 0.52±0.57）mg/L.FIB, DD and hs-CRP were positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The serum levels of FIB, DD and hs-CRP can preferably reflect the severe degree of CHD, and have very important clinical value.
