摘  要:随着对高亮度、低功耗等绿色显示技术的不断追求,RGBW显示技术成为了国内外热门的研究方向之一。RGBW显示系统的出现解决了RGB系统所遇到的技术瓶颈,然而RGBW显示技术的推广依赖于优秀的信号映射算法,如何将RGB信号转换为RGBW信号,是实现RGBW显示系统的基础。针对RGB显示系统色域较窄,难以提高显示质量的问题,通过对现有RGBW信号映射算法的研究,分析了几种映射算法的优缺点和适用范围,提出了一种改进的信号映射算法。该算法在保证RGBW输出信号与RGB输入信号中的R、G、B三分量值的比例不变的基础上,根据人眼对RGB颜色的感知不同,分别赋予RGB颜色不同的权重,并通过引入转换因子来提取白色子像素分量的值,最终生成新的RGBW信号。Matlab仿真实验表明,改进映射算法保证了色彩饱和度的基本恒定,在RGBW信号与原有RGB信号近乎一样色彩的前提下,较好地提升了图像亮度。With the continuous pursuit of green display technologies such as high brightness and low power consumption,RGBW display technology has become one of the hot research directions at home and abroad.RGBW the emergence of the display system solves the bottleneck of RGB system,however RGBW display technology promotion depends on excellent signal mapping algorithm,how to convert RGB signal to RGBW signal,is the foundtion of RGBW display system.In view of the RGB color display system domain is relatively narrow,difficult problem,to improve the quality of display in order to promote the brightness of the image,based on the research of the existing RGBW signal mapping algorithm,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of mapping algorithm and the applicable scope, proposed an improved mapping algorithm of signal. The algorithm in guaranteeing RGBW output signal and RGB input signal of the R、G、B three-component value,on the basis of the proportion of the same,according to the human eye perception of RGB color is different,given RGB color different weights respectively,and the conversion factor is introduced to extract white sub pixel weight values,the resulting new RGBW signal. Matlab simulution experiments show that the improved mapping algorithm to ensure the basic color saturation constant,the RGBW signal with the original RGB signal under the premise of almost the same color,better improve the brightness of the image.
