摘　　要：淀粉样前体蛋白（amyloid precursor protein,APP）及其家族成员类淀粉样前体蛋白1和2（amyloid precursor-like protein 1/2,APLP1/2）是高度保守的Ⅰ型跨膜糖蛋白,表达于各种组织细胞中。近年来报道,APP和APLP2在多种恶性肿瘤细胞中表达升高,并与癌症的发生、进展密切相关,从而受到越来越多的关注。APP与肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族中的死亡受体6（death receptor 6,DR6）参与癌细胞的增殖、转移和侵袭。了解APP在恶性肿瘤中的表达及作用将为临床在癌症的诊断及治疗上提供新的方法和理论依据,有望成为抗癌药物候选作用靶点。Amyloid precursor protein（APP） and its family members of amyloid precursor-like protein 1（APLP1） and amyloid precursor-like protein 2（APLP2） are highly conserved typeⅠtransmembrane glycoprotein,and they are expressed in a variety of types of cells. Recently,the elevated expression of APP and APLP2 in multiple types of malignant tumors cells has been reported where it has a vital correlation with cancer oncogenesis and progression. As such,increasing attention has been drawn. By interacting with death receptor 6（DR6）,a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor super family（TNFRSF）,APP plays an integral role in tumor cell proliferation,migration and invasion. For this reason,understanding the expression and effect of APP would certainly facilitate the process of developing new methods and theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. APP could also become a promising target for anti-tumor drugs.
