“三学期制”下工科学院教务管理工作的思考

摘　　要：学期制的改革是高等教育体制改革中的重要部分,是高校进行教育教学组织与管理的基础。而教务管理又是教学管理中的重要的一个环节,控制并协调教学工作的进行,因此其水平和质量直接影响学校教学工作的开展。本文结合我校在推行"三学期制"中的实际情况,根据开展"三学期制"的目的和工科学院培养人才的目标,论述了对工科学院在"三学期"中课程设置、课程管理、选课管理、考试管理等方面教务工作的思考,为我国其他高校学期制改革提供借鉴。Multi-Semester Renovation is one of the most important parts in structural reformations of high education. This is also the foundation of teaching arrangement and management reformations. Educational administration which manages and coordinates the teaching activities is the most important tache of the teaching management. Its quality will determine whether or not the teaching schedules are on the rails. Base on the actual situations of engineering school in Shandong University at Weihai,we summarized the key points of educational administrations,such as curriculum offer,course,course-selecting and examination managements in ‘the third term’ which can use as reference for the reformations of other engineering colleges.
