摘  要:以30%长玻纤增强聚丙烯为例,研究了注塑成型的薄壁制件不同位置、不同取向材料的微观结构和性能。结果显示,中心区域玻纤保留长度最长,取向最好,力学性能最优。近浇口位置玻纤保留长度最短,性能最差;样品相比流动方向取向角越大,力学性能越差,垂直方向拉伸强度只有平行方向拉伸强度的52%。Taking 30% long glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene as an example, the microstructure andmechanical properties of the injection molded thin-walled parts in indifferent position and orientation wereinvestigated. The results indicate that glass fiber in the center area possesses the longest length, the optimalorientation and the best mechanical properties. In the contrast, the glass fiber near the moulding entrancereserves the shortest length, and the material shows the worst performance. Compared to the flow direction,the larger orientation angle of the specimen, the better mechanical properties of the material. The tensilestrength in vertical direction is only 52% of that in parallel direction.
