摘 要:试验旨在研究北京油鸡就巢行为发生及就巢鸡血清生化指标分析。从1 296只43周龄北京油鸡商品代蛋鸡中选取有就巢行为表现的就巢鸡30只,和无就巢行为表现的产蛋鸡30只,饲养在两个单独的栏舍内。采用人为观察记录的方式研究鸡只就巢行为发生周期及类型,观察期为44~49周龄,50周龄末对所有试验鸡采血,测定血清生化指标。结果显示:一次就巢平均持续时间为9.4 d,发生典型就巢行为比例要低于非典型就巢行为比例(4/30<9/30),两次就巢的北京油鸡其总持续时间要大于一次就巢的,可能因此会影响鸡群产蛋量。就巢鸡与产蛋鸡血清生化指标显著不同,表现在:就巢鸡的催乳素含量显著高于产蛋鸡(P<0.05),而促黄体素、血清总蛋白、乳酸含量均显著低于产蛋鸡(P<0.05)。二者总抗氧化能力没有显著差异,但就巢鸡的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性几乎达到显著水平(P=0.057),同时丙二醛含量显著大于产蛋鸡(P<0.05),提示就巢鸡体内可能存在更多氧化应激。The paper was aimed to investigate the incubating behavior in Beijing You Chicken (BYC)and analysis on serum biochemical indices in incubating hens and laying hens. 30 hens with incubating behavior and another 30 hens without incubating behavior were chosen at 43 weeks of age, and housed in two separate pens. Visual observations were used to study the incubating cycle from 44 to 49 weeks of age, and at the end of 50 weeks of age, all the hens were sampled and serum biochemical indices were measured and compared. The results showed that the average duration was 9.4 days for one-cycle incubation, the proportion of typical incubation was lower than that of non-typical incubation (4/30〈9/30); the total duration for two-cycle incubation was much longer than that for one-cycle incubation (24.9〉9.4 d), which might affect the egg output of the birds. There was significant difference in serum biochemical indices, which indicating that the prolactin content of incubating hens were significantly higher than those of laying hens (P〈0.05), and lutropin content, total serum protein, lactic acid content were lower than that of laying hens (P〈0.05), glutathione peroxidase activity almost reached the significant level for the incubating hens (P=0.057)and malondialdehyde content was significantly higher in incubating hens than in laying hens (P〈0.05), which suggesting that the incubating hens may have more oxidative stress than the laying hens.
