摘 要:为了进一步优化城市污泥生物淋滤条件,该研究将耐酸性胶红酵母JJU-3和氧化硫硫杆菌JJU-1按不同比例接种至污泥中,探讨了嗜酸异养菌与氧化硫硫杆菌自养菌联合作用去除污泥中重金属的效果。结果发现:在淋滤过程中,当JJU-1接种量大于15%、JJU-3接种量小于5%时,pH值明显下降,7 d后达到最低值1.68;当JJU-1接种量为15%、JJU-3接种量为5%时,氧化还原电位ORP值直线上升,在第7天达到最大值422 m V,此时Cu、Cd、Ni和Zn的去除率均达到最高值,分别为87.00%、87.50%、88.18%和91.63%;而Cr和Mn的去除率在JJU-1接种量为20%、JJU-3接种量为0%时达到最高值,分别为91.43%、89.31%。结果表明,耐酸性胶红酵母JJU-3和氧化硫硫杆菌JJU-1联合作用能有效去除污泥中重金属,不同接种比例条件下重金属的去除效率不同。氧化硫硫杆菌JJU-1接种量以15%、JJU-3接种量为5%为宜,此时污泥大部分重金属表现出较好的滤出效果。In order to optimize the condition of sludge bioleaching the effect of Rhodotorulla mucilaginsa and Acidithiobacillus thioxidan on bioleaching of heavy metals from sludge, was investigated. Different inoculation proportions of Rhodotorulla mucilaginsa JJU-3 and Acidithiobacillus thioxidan JJU-1 were designed to demonstrate the effect of co-leaching of heavy metals. Results showed that the pH value decreased significantly and reached the minimum at day 7 with 15% inoculation proportion of JJU-1. On one hand, the oxidation reduction potential(ORP) exhibited the maximum as 422 m V after 7 days of inoculation with 15% inoculation proportion of JJU-1. On the other hand, the removal rate of Cu, Cd, Ni and Zn reached the maximum with 87.00%, 87.50%, 88.18% and 91.63% with 15% inoculation proportion of JJU-1. However, the removal rate of Cr and Mn exhibited the maximum as 91.43% and 89.31% with 20% inoculation proportion of JJU-1. Results indicated that the addition of Rhodotorulla mucilaginsa JJU-3 and Acidithiobacillus thioxidan JJU-1 had an obvious effect of improving the bioleaching efficiency of heavy metals from sludge and different inoculation proportions of JJU-3 and JJU-1 had different efficiency in removing heavy metals. The appropriate inoculation proportion was 15% of JJU-1 combined with 5% of JJU-3.
