摘  要:为解决当前民航院校《雷达管制》实践课程评判时主观因素较多、标准难以统一、评判效率低下等不足,中国民航大学国家空管运行安全技术重点实验室和空中交通管理学院雷达管制课程组联合对《雷达管制》实践课程进行了持续的改革。从对当前雷达管制评判方法存在的问题进行分析入手,梳理和优化了雷达管制评判指标体系;结合教学实践和一线管制运行要求,在充分考虑计算机的优势和局限性后,针对雷达管制评判指标的特征,提出了计算机智能评判与教员检查单式评判相结合的评判模型;通过教学培训的优化和完善,最终形成了公平、合理、客观、有效的评判系统。本次教学改革从2006年至今,已通过本专科教学、国内外管制员培训和全国管制员技能大赛的检验,评判系统逐趋完善。In order to solve the unreasonable assessment factors such as many subjective evaluation factors, diverse standards, inefficient assessment and so on, in Radar Control practice curriculum in current civil aviation universities, the National Air Traffic Control Operational Key Laboratory of Safety Technology of CAUC as well as the radar control practice course group of Air Traffic Management College have been implementing continuous reform on above questions, including developing and optimizing radar control evaluation index system based on the analysis of current existing problems in radar control assessment methods, putting forward the combined evaluation model of computer intelligent assessment and instructor checklist examination combining with the requirements of teaching practice and first-line control operation in accordance with the characteristics of radar control assessment index after all-round consideration of the merits and limitations of computers as well as finally forming a reasonable, fair, objective and efficient assessment system by means of optimization of teaching training. This teaching reform has lasted from the year of 2006 till now, which has been checked by the teaching of normal undergraduate education and specialized education, domestic and abroad controller training as well as national controller skill contest and this assessment system is gradually well-established.
