摘 要:目的:探讨长链非编码RNA肺腺癌转移相关转录本1(MALAT1)在口腔鳞癌患者血浆中的表达及临床意义。方法:纳入70例口腔鳞癌患者,50例健康对照者;采用实时荧光定量PCR的方法检测2组受试者血浆中MALAT1的表达。分析15例口腔鳞癌患者手术前后血浆中MALAT1的表达变化。结果:口腔鳞癌患者血浆MALAT1的表达水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.001),且与患者TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05)。患者术后血浆MALAT1表达显著降低(P<0.001)。血浆MALAT1诊断口腔鳞癌的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.814,敏感度和特异度分别为87.43%和72.00%。结论:血浆MALAT1有望作为口腔鳞癌辅助诊断指标。Objective: To investigate the expression of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 ( MALAT1 ) in plasma of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and its clinical significance. Methods : 70 OSCC patients and 50 healthy controls were included. The relative expression of MALAT1 in plasma was examined by quantitative real- time PCR. The expression of MALAT1 in plasma in 15 OSCC patients was analyzed retrospectively 30 days after operation. Results: The expression level of MALAT1 in plasma of OSCC patients was significantly higher than that of healthy controls (P 〈 0. 001 ). The ex- pression level of MALAT1 in OSCC patients was significantly correlated with TNM stage, tumor differentiation and lymph node metasta- sis( P 〈 0.05 ). After operation the expression level of MALAT1 in plasma of OSCC patients was significantly decreased( P 〈 0.001 ). The AUC of the diagnosis of OSCC with MALAT1 was 0. 814, and the sensitivity and specificity were 87.43% and 72.00% respective- ly. Conclusion: MALAT1 can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic marker for OSCC.
