摘 要:文章对高校图书特色资源建设现状、发展及特点进行具体阐释,主要研究水产特色资源平台的设计与开发利用,对海珍品、水质环境、水生生物疾病和预防等数字资源进行建设和研发,探讨传统特色资源的建设和利用,并在此基础上构建特色数字资源数据库,结合传统特色资源静态服务模式,提出可交互、科学化的动态特色资源专家库。构建大数据环境下,聚焦海洋与水产需求为主特色资源建设,实现图书特色文献资源与完美的计算、智能检索技术的有机结合,从而满足读者特色化、个性化需求。最后,对构建大数据环境下图书特色资源建设、服务模式应用实践效能和影响给出了评估结论。This paper described in detail the present situation, development and characteristics of university library resource construction, and mainly research on the design, development and utilization of aquatic characteristic resource platform, including sea treasures, water quality environment, aquatic diseases and prevention. It discussed the construction and utilization of traditional characteristic resources, and built the characteristic digital resource database. Combining with the traditional characteristic resource static service model, it put forward a interactive and scientific dynamic characteristic resource expert library. In the environment of big data, it gave the characteristic resource construction mode focusing on marine and aquatic demands, and realized the organic combination of book literature resource and perfect computing and intelligent search, so as to meet the readers' characteristic and personalized needs.Finally, it proposed the appraisal conclusion on the characteristic resource construction, the practical performance and impact of service mode under the big data environment.
