摘 要:为克服有线监测网络难以布线、不易维护的缺点,针对电镀设备设计了一种无线网络监测系统。该网络通过中继转换器实现ZigBee网络和WiFi网络的通信;利用传感器采集设备信息,实现电镀设备的远程监控。该无线监测系统充分融合了ZigBee网络和WiFi网络的优势,具有组网灵活、布设简便的特点,有效提高了电镀设备的监测效率。To overcome the defects that wired monitoring network is difficult to connect up and maintain, a wireless network monitoring system for electroplating equipments was designed. This network can realize the communication between ZigBee network and WiFi network via relay translator. The electroplating equipments were remotely monitored by use of collected information through sensor. The wireless monitoring system fully fuses the advantages of ZigBee network and WiFi network, it can flexibly adjust and connect conveniently, which effectively raise the monitoring efficiency of electroplating equipments.
