摘　　要：辽宁省兽医系统实验室目前已全部通过农业部兽医实验室考核,各级兽医实验室整体管理水平、技术水平和工作能力有了较大的提升。但随着行业发展以及畜产品国际国内贸易的发展需要,兽医系统实验室通过资质认定是当前实验室发展的客观需要。本文通过对辽宁省兽医系统实验室整体情况、各级兽医实验室资质认定的现状与发展需求、辽宁省市县级兽医实验室资质认定具备的条件进行分析,结合国家认监委关于检验检测机构资质认定相关管理办法、准则、指南等法规、规范性文件的要求,以及笔者在兽医实验室管理工作和资质认定现场评审工作中的体会,对兽医系统实验室资质认定准备工作中应关注的要点进行初步分析,以期为疫控机构兽医实验室有针对性进行资质认定准备工作提供参考、借鉴。All the veterinary laboratories in Liaoning province had passed the assessment of the Ministry of Agriculture, and the management, technique and working ability of these veterinary laboratories at different administrative levels in Liaoning province have been greatly improved. With the development of the husbandry industry, the qualification accreditation of veterinary lab oratories has become the objective need for their development and the domestic and international trade in animals and the products. Based on the analysis of the overall situation of veterinary laboratories in Liaoning, the current status and development demands of qualification accreditation of veterinary laboratories at different administrative levels and the conditions for qualification accreditation of veterinary laboratories in cities and counties. This study made a preliminary analysis of the key points that should be paid attention to prepare the qualification accred- itation, in combination with the requirements of the laws and regulations and normative documents including management regulations, criteria and guidance for qualification accreditation of the inspection and testing institutions formulated by the Certification and Accreditation Administra- tion as well as the author＇s experience in the field of management and qualification accredita- tion of the veterinary laboratories. This study aims to provide reference and proposal for the pertinent preparation of qualification accreditation of the veterinary laboratories in the epidemic control institutions.
