摘  要:分析了延长石油延安石油化工厂脱盐水装置存在的运行问题,包括新鲜水换热器结垢严重、机滤及超滤单元设备运行台数与进水量不关联、微生物侵蚀污染、混床运行周期短等,并采取了相应的对策。结果表明,通过采取调整新鲜水加酸位置,将机滤、超滤单元设备运行台数与进水量关联,间歇式投加非氧化性杀菌剂,优化混床再生方案等措施,使新鲜水板式换热器、超滤单元、反渗透单元及混床的运行周期明显延长,平均产水率达56.8%。The operational problems of desalted water unit were analyzed in Yan'an petrochemical plant, Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Co Ltd, including severe fresh water heat exchanger scaling, unassociated equipment running numbers of mechanical filter and ultrafiltration unit with the quantity of water intake, polluted microorganism erosion, short running period of mixed bed, and so on. Then the corresponding countermeasures were taken. The results showed that through adjusting the adding acid position of fresh water, associating the equipment running numbers of mechanical filter and uhrafiltration unit with the quantity of water intake, adding non -oxidizing biocide intermittently, and optimizing the mixed bed regeneration scheme, the operation cycle of the fresh water heat exchanger unit, hyperfiltration unit and the mixed obviously, and the average production , ultrafiltration bed extended rate of desalted water reached to 56.8%.
