摘 要:人工冬虫夏草制剂在临床应用上治疗多个系统疾病均具有明显优势,其主要作用机制为调节免疫的双向作用、抗氧化作用、抗纤维化作用、抗肿瘤作用、降低炎症水平、调节脂质紊乱及降血糖作用。但目前的作用机制研究多数为生化指标及组织病理观察,但细胞、分子及基因水平的研究较少。人工冬虫夏草制剂具体组成成分较复杂,了解具体有效成分的作用靶点、通路,建立详细作用机制体系理论将成为今后医学研究中的重大机遇。In terms of treating multiple system diseases,artificial aweto preparation has obvious advantages in clinical application.The main action mechanism includes two-way regulation of the immune function,antioxidation,anti fibrosis effect,anti-tumor effect,reducing inflammation level,regulating lipid disorder,lowering blood sugar. However,most of study at present focuses on biochemical indexes and histopathological observation,but there are few studies on cell,molecular and gene levels. The components of artificial aweto preparation are complicated,so understanding the specific targets and pathways of active ingredients and establishing detailed action mechanism theory will become a great opportunity for medical research in the future.
