盐酸普拉克索速释片与多巴丝肼片治疗帕金森病的临床效果及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:研究多巴丝肼片(美多巴)联合盐酸普拉克索速释片治疗帕金森的临床效果及安全性。方法:研究对象选取笔者所在医院2015年5月-2016年7月收治的78例帕金森病患者,并采用随机数字法将其均分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组患者采用美多巴治疗,观察组患者采用美多巴联合盐酸普拉克索速释片治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率87%,明显高于对照组的62%,差异有统计学意义(字2=6.72,P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率5%,明显低于对照组的23%,差异有统计学意义(字2=5.19,P<0.05)。结论:美多巴联合盐酸普拉克索速释片治疗帕金森病的临床效果显著,是值得在临床上推广使用的安全可靠的治疗方法。Objective： To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Pramipexole Dihydrochloride Extended Release Tablets in the treatment of Parkinson.Method： From May2015 to July2016, 78 patients with Parkinson disease in our hospital were selected, and they were divided into the same number of the control group and the observation group random number method, each group of 39 people.In the control group, patients were treated with Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride Tablets.The patients in the observation group were treated with Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Pramipexole Dihydrochloride Extended Release Tablets.The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result： The total effective treatment of the observation group was 87%, it was significantly higher than 62% of the control group（X2=6.72, P〈0.05）.The adverse reactions was 5% of the observation group, it was significantly lower than 23% of the control group（x2=5.19, P〈0.O5）.Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Pramipexole Dihydroehloride Extended Release Tablets treatment of Parkinson disease is significant, is worthy of clinical use in the safe and reliable treatment.
