基于微信公众平台的护生主导式外出务工人员艾滋病健康教育效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价护生主导式面对面健康教育结合微信公众平台对外出务工人员艾滋病健康教育的效果,为培养护生作为农村地区艾滋病宣传员和使用新媒体手段开展艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法招募护生志愿者并进行艾滋病知识培训考核,组织志愿者在假期对生源地的外出务工人员以小讲课、搭建微信交流平台等形式进行艾滋病健康教育。以网络匿名调查的方式对比干预前后研究对象的认知差异评价健康教育效果。结果共干预280人,干预前后外出务工人员艾滋病知识总知晓率由40.36%提高到81.43%,艾滋病一般知识、预防检测、传播途径等21个知识点的正确回答率较干预前均显著提高(P<0.001)。结论基于微信公众平台的护生主导式艾滋病健康教育形式切实可行、成本低、效果好,能有效提高外出务工人员艾滋病防范意识和技能。Objective The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of nursing student-led using a face-to-face health education for migrant workers combined with WeChat public platform on AIDS health education, and provide evidences for the training of nursing students as AIDS advocates in rural areas and using new media to carry out AIDS health education. Methods Nursing volunteers were recruited and AIDS knowledge was provided and assessed. Volunteers were organized to provide AIDS health education in the form of small lectures and WeChat communication for migrant workers during the holidays. The effect of health education was evaluated by means of anonymity investigation on the internet comparing the cognitive differences of the subjects before and after the intervention. Results A total of 280 interventions were conducted. The total awareness rate of AIDS among migrant workers was increased from 40.36% to 81.43% after the intervention. The correct response rate of 21 knowledge points such as AIDS general knowledge, preventive testing and transmission route was significantly higher than before the intervention（P〈 0.001）. Conclusion Nursing student-led combined with WeChat public platform on AIDS health education are practical, low cost and effective, which can effectively raise awareness and skills of AIDS prevention among migrant workers.
