摘 要:针对安钢1 780 mm热连轧机组精轧机F5-F7工作辊使用过程中存在的问题,设计了一种工作辊辊型,该辊型对轧辊端部非工作区域采用高次方函数曲线进行有效避让,使其达到非接触的目的,从而消除了轧辊边部应力集中,解决了工作辊边部掉块问题,同时提高了工作辊弯辊控制能力,改善了带钢板形。This Article analyses some problems of finishing work rollers F5-F7 on 1 780 mm hot strip mills of Anyang Iron and Steel Co. ,Ltd. A new type of NCR work roll contour was designed to eliminate stress concentration on roller edge by a high power curve used in terminal non-working area. With its application, good results were achieved, spalling of roller edge was avoided, work roll bending was better controlled, and flatness of strip was improved.
