摘　　要：工程建设项目档案是水电建设工程的重要组成部分,也是达标投产、创优质工程的重要考核内容。由于水电建设工期较长,参建单位多,涵盖面广,给工程建设项目档案归档造成一定的难度,建设单位需通过采用合同控制、第三方监督、档案制度建设、目标奖惩等管理手段和措施,保障工程建设档案的系统、完整和准确。Archive of the construction documents is an important part of the construction work of hydropower projects,which is also an important examination content for the project acceptance and the high quality project evaluation.However,the filing of construction documents for hydropower projects is of certain difficulties,as the hydropower project construction is usually of long period,large number of construction units and wide coverage.To ensure the systematic,complete and accurate filing of the construction documents,management measures such as contract control,third party supervision,construction of document filing system,and reward and penalty principles should be implemented for the construction units.
