摘　　要：卒中发病率逐年增高，严重影响着患者的生存质量。卒中发病机制与多种因素有关，涉及基因多态性、生化机制和炎症作用等。其中，血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF）成为近年来卒中发病机制的研究热点之一。本文对VEGF基因多态性与卒中的相关性进行了综述。The incidence of stroke increases year by year. It seriously affects the quality of life in patients. The pathogenesis of stroke is related to a variety of factors, involving genetic polymorphisms, biochemical mechanisms, and inflammatory effect. Among them, vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） has become one of the hotspots of research on the pathogenesis of stroke in recent years. This article reviews the correlation between VEGF gene polymorphism and stroke.
