摘 要:采用粉末冶金法制备了高速钢刀具,研究了烧结温度对高速钢刀具显微形貌、物相组成、硬度、相对密度、抗弯强度和断口形貌的影响。结果表明,不同烧结温度下,高速钢刀具中都主要含有Fe、M6C、M2C和MC相,升高烧结温度并没有改变试样的物相组成,只是物相含量有所差异;当烧结温度为1 235℃时,高速钢刀具试样的相对密度为85%、洛氏硬度基本在46 HRC以下;在烧结温度升高至1 245℃时,试样的相对密度急剧增加至96%以上,洛氏硬度基本保持在52 HRC以上;随着烧结温度的升高,试样的抗弯强度呈现先增加而后降低的趋势,在烧结温度为1 245℃时取得最大值。本文的高速钢刀具的适宜烧结温度为1 245℃。High speed steel cutting tools were prepared by powder metallurgy method. The effects of sintering temperature on the microstructures, phase composition, hardness, relative density, bending strength and fracture morphology of this material were studied. The results show that under the different sintering temperature, high-speed steel cutting tools are mainly composed of Fe, MrC, M2C and MC. The sintering temperature does not change the phase composition of the sample, but the phase content is different. When the sintering temperature is at 1 235 ℃, the relative density of high-speed steel tool samples was 85%, rockwell hardness is under 46 HRC. When the sintering temperature rises to 1 245 ℃, the relative density of the sample increase to more than 96%, rockwell hardness remained above 52 HRC. With the increase of sintering temperature, the flexural strength of the specimens showed trend, of increase first and then decrease and get the maximum value when the sintering temperature is at 1 245 ℃. The suitable sintering temperature of high speed steel tool in this paper is at 1 245 ℃.
