摘  要:文章主要研究负泊松比超材料隔振基座在实船主机减振中的应用。通过数值计算方法,分别对内六角蜂窝型和星型超材料结构隔振基座的力学性能进行分析,并在整船有限元计算中对比分析隔振基座的隔振性能。研究表明,负泊松比超材料隔振基座的静力学性能与传统基座类似,隔振性能相比传统基座有明显提升,可以实现船用主机低中频段的隔振和主机基座设计的轻量化。The paper mainly studies the application of the vibration isolation base made by auxetic materials in engine vibration reducing during ship design. The mechanical performance of the structure vibration isolation base of inner six corner honeycomb and star type metamaterials are analyzed and compared in the FEM calculation of the whole ship. The simulation results show that the static mechanical performance of the vibration isolation base made by auxetic metamaterials is similar with the one of traditional base. Compared to traditional base, the vibration isolation performance of the auxetic base is obviously enhanced, which can achieve both the vibration isolation in low and middle frequency channel of marine diesel engine and the light-weight of the engine base design.
