摘 要:采用端氨基超支化聚酰胺(HBPA)和均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)为功能单体,在聚丙烯腈超滤膜表面界面聚合制备纳滤膜,并将聚乙烯亚胺改性SiO_2(PEI-SiO_2)引入活性分离层中以调节膜性能。傅里叶全反射红外光谱、扫描电镜及EDS证实了活性分离层聚酰胺的形成及PEI-SiO_2的成功引入。结果表明,当PEI-SiO_2加入量在0.01~0.04 g之间变化时,膜通量均较未加样品膜有所提高,超过0.04 g后,继续增加用量,通量减小。此外,5 min的聚合反应足以在超滤膜表面形成活性分离层得到纳滤膜,继续延长反应时间,通量逐渐下降,脱盐率呈现先增加后减小的趋势。本实验范围内,当PEI-SiO_2加入量为0.02 g,HBPA浓度为1.2 wt%;TMC为0.5 wt%,反应时间为10 min时,制备所得NF8膜的性能最佳。该膜对1000 mg/L的MgSO_4和CoCl_2中钴离子的脱除率分别为84.6%和93.3%,当操作压力从0.2 MPa逐渐增加到0.8 MPa时,Co^(2+)脱除率稳定在94%左右,通量则逐渐增大。A series of nanofiltration membranes were prepared by interfacial polymerization of hyperbranched polyamide and 1,3,5-benzenetricarbonyl chloride (TMC) on the surface of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) ultrafiltration membranes. PEI modifed nano-SiO2 particles were incorporated into the active separation layer to modify the performances of the membranes. Fourier transform infrared in attenuated total reflection mode (ATR-FTIR), the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) analysis verified the formation of polyamide separation layer and the existence of PEI-SiO2 nano-particles. The results indicated that the incorporation of PEI-SiO2 particles on the surface of the membrane can obviously increase the membrane flux when the dosage of the PEI-SiO2 particles was in the range of 0.01-0.04 g, however, [hrther adding more PEI-SiO2, the flux decreased. 5 rain polymerization time was sufficient to form an active separation layer on the substrate membrane which transformed the ultrafiltration membrane to nanofiltration membrane. However, the flux decreased while the salts rejection first increased and then decreased by further prolonging the reaction time. The separation performance of NF8 prepared by the following conditions was excellent: 0.02 g PEI-SiO2, 1.2 wt% hyperbranched polyamide, 0.5 wt% 1,3,5-benzenetricarbonyl chloride, and the reaction time was 10 min. The rejection rates of 1000 mg/L MgSO4 and Co〉 in COC12 solution were 84.6 % and 93.3 % respectively. The rejection of Co2+ can be maintained at nearly 94 % when the operation pressure changed from 0.2 MPa to 0.8 MPa, and the flux increased linearly with increasing the operation pressure.
