摘  要:钛合金餐厨用具作为一种新型材料的食品相关产品,是各种材质餐厨用具的重要补充部分。查看以往全国和各省市的抽查数据,尚未见针对钛合金餐厨具的专项任务。作为运用到食品相关产品中的新型材料,钛合金材质锅具前期由于缺乏监管,市场上流通产品可能存在一定安全风险。本文对钛合金餐厨用具的质量安全现状进行描述,通过与其它金属餐厨用具比较及国内外相关法规和标准要求对比分析,旨在为钛合金餐厨用具监管提供一定参考。As a food related product of a new material, titanium alloy cooking utensil is an important supplementary part of kitchen utensils. Analysis on the sampling data from over the country and provinces indicated that no special task for titanium alloy cooking utensils has been found. As a new material used in food related products, alloy cooking utensils circulated on the market may have safety risks, due to lack of early supervision. The quality and safety status of titanium alloy cooking utensils was described in this paper. The comparison with other metal cooking utensils and contrastive analysis on domestic and foreign related regulations and standard requirements were aimed at providing some reference for titanium alloy cooking utensil supervision.
