摘  要:本文以石墨粉为原材料,采用改良版的Hummers法制备了氧化石墨烯,并通过抗坏血酸还原氧化石墨烯制备了还原石墨烯。采用透射电镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、拉曼光谱(Raman)等测试方法对氧化石墨烯和还原石墨烯的形貌、结构与组成进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,氧化石墨烯被抗坏血酸还原成还原石墨烯后,氧化石墨烯的一部分含氧官能团被去掉,氧含量百分比下降,还原石墨烯表面出现褶皱重叠,紊乱程度增加。Graphene oxide was prepared by modified Hummers method using graphite powder as raw material. The reduced graphene was prepared by ascorbic acid reductive oxidation of graphene. The morphologies of grapheue oxide and reduced graphene oxide were measured by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and Raman spectroscopy. The results show that when graphene oxide is reduced to reduced graphene by ascorbic acid, some oxygen functional groups of graphene oxide are removed and oxygen content is reduced to percent. When graphene oxide were reduced, the surface of reduced graphene is folded and overlapped, and the degree of disorder increases.
