片段弓技术应用于外伤性前牙脱位再植后固定的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨片段弓技术应用于外伤性前牙脱位再植后固定的疗效.方法 选择2013年7月—2014年10月收治的外伤性前牙脱位70例患者、共计脱位牙92颗,采用片段弓技术应用于外伤性前牙脱位再植后的固定.结果 经过1年随访评估疗效,治愈率为66.30％,有效率为31.52％,失败率为2.17％,总有效率达97.83％.结论 片段弓技术是治疗外伤性前牙脱位再植后固定的有效方法.Objective To analyze the clinical effect of segment arch technology on fixation of traumatic anterior teeth dislocation. Methods 70 patients （92 teeth） of traumatic anterior teeth dislocation in our department from July 2013 to October 2014 was given the segment arch technology on fixation. Results After 1 year of follow-up, the cure rate was 66.30%, the effective rate was 31.52%, the failure rate was 2.17%, and the total effective rate was 97.83%. Conclusion The segment arch technology is an effective treatment method of traumatic anterior teeth dislocation.
