摘 要:研究目的:对湖北省县级单位农地城市流转效率模式进行识别,为差别化土地管理提供参考。研究方法:SBMUndesirable模型,决策树算法。研究结果:湖北省农地城市流转效率模式有"土地投入限制"、"综合配比调整"、"资本投入缩减"三种,且与区域条件、城市化发展战略规划较吻合。研究结论:(1)识别出的农地城市流转效率模式与区域条件、城市化发展战略规划较吻合,因此识别不同的效率模式具有可行性,同时体现了差别化管理内涵;(2)可依据决策者的需要在不同尺度上识别效率模式,层层分解农地城市流转规划指标以服务决策;(3)每种流转模式均包括效率提升方式,为对应模式下的区域提供优化农地城市流转效率的方案。The purpose of this paper is to identify the patterns of rural-to-urban farmland conversion efficiency in Hubei Province, providing a reference for differential land management. The methods used include SBM-Undesirable model and decision tree algorithm. First, this paper uses SBM-Undesirable Model to measure the rural-to-urban farmland conversion efficiency of Hubei Province at county level, and then uses decision tree algorithm to identify the conversion efficiency patterns, at last, this paper combines the identified patterns with the development strategies and geographic conditions of Hubei Province. The result shows that three efficiency patterns named ‘Land input constraint' pattern, ‘Proportion adjustment' pattern, ‘Investment reduction' pattern exhibit in farmland conversion process in Hubei Province. The patterns fit the development strategy and geographic conditions of Hubei Province. The counties under ‘Land input constraint' pattern distribute at the transition zone of mountainous region and plain region, which coincides with the urbanization pathway between urban agglomerations of Hubei Province and their efficiency can be improved by constraining the quantity of land input between 5396.57-5954.53 ha. The counties under ‘Proportion adjustment' pattern major distribute in areas with a high altitude, which coincides with the geographical distribution of Hubei Province and their efficiency can be improved by increasing labor input as well as reducing land input. The counties under ‘Investment reduction' pattern distribute in seriously polluted region in Hubei Province, which coincides with environmental carrying capacity condition and their efficiency can be improved by reducing investment. The conclusions are as follows. 1)The rural-to-urban farmland conversion efficiency patterns are consistent with the development strategies and geographic conditions of Hubei Province, indicating the feasibility of identifying efficiency patterns to contribute to differential management. 2)
