中药复方制剂联合西药治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药复方制剂联合甘草酸制剂、还原型谷胱甘肽治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的临床疗效。方法将2011年1月至2015年6月收治的64例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组32例。对照组患者采用甘草酸制剂、还原型谷胱甘肽进行治疗,观察组患者则在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药复方制剂复方黄芪颗粒。观察两组患者治疗前后不同时间HBV-DNA载量、肝功能指标及肝纤维化指标情况。结果两组患者治疗前HBV-DNA载量、肝功能指标及肝纤维化指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而治疗后不同时间两组HBV-DNA载量、肝功能指标及肝纤维化指标均显著改善,均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组改善情况均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药复方制剂复方黄芪颗粒联合甘草酸制剂、还原型谷胱甘肽治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者临床疗效较好,对于患者疾病相关的各方面状态均有较好的改善作用。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects on chronic viral hepatitis B in the treatment treated with the combined medication of compound Chinese herbal formula,glycyrrhizic acid and reduced glutathione preparations. Methods A total of 64 patients of chronic viral hepatitis B treated from January 2011 to June 2015 were divided into two groups according to the random number table,32 cases in each one. In the control group,the glycyrrhizic acid and reduced glutathione preparations were adopted. In the observation group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,the compound huangqi granules were added. HBV-DNA capacity,liver function indexes and hepatic fibrosis indexes at different time points were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Results The differences in HBV-DNA capacity,liver function indexes and hepatic fibrosis indexes were not significant statistically before treatment in the two groups（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the HBV-DNA capacity,liver function indexes and hepatic fibrosis indexes were significantly at different time points as compared with those before treatment in the two groups（P〈0. 05）. The results in the observation groups were all lower than the control group,indicating the significant differences（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combined medication of compound huangqi granules,glycyrrhizic acid and reduced glutathione preparations achieves the excellent clinical therapeutic effects in the patients of chronic viral hepatitis B and improves the conditions of the patients.
