摘  要:目的了解拒绝上学儿童青少年的家庭环境状况及父母养育方式的状况。方法选取74名拒绝上学儿童青少年为研究组,75名正常上学学生为对照组,采用家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)及中文版父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU)对两组对象进行调查和比较。结果研究组FES-CV亲密度、知识性、娱乐性、组织性和控制性因子分低于对照组(P<0.05),而矛盾性因子分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组EMBU父亲情感温暖及理解因子分、母亲情感温暖及理解因子分低于对照组(P<0.05),父亲惩罚严厉因子分、父亲拒绝否认因子分、母亲过分干涉及保护因子分高于对照组(P<0.05)。在男生中,研究组EMBU父亲惩罚严厉因子分、父亲拒绝否认因子分、母亲过分干涉及保护因子分高于对照组(P<0.05),母亲情感温暖及理解因子分低于对照组(P<0.05)。在女生中,研究组EMBU父亲情感温暖及理解因子分、母亲情感温暖及理解因子分低于对照组(P<0.05),父亲惩罚严厉因子分、父亲拒绝否认因子分、母亲过分干涉及保护因子分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论拒绝上学儿童青少年存在较为明显的家庭环境、父母养育方式的异常。Objective To explore the status of family environment and parental rearing patterns in children and adolescents with school refusal. Methods A total of 74 children and adolescents with school refusal in study group and 75 normal students in control group were selected and evaluated with Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version ( FES-CV ) and Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran( EMBU ). Results The cohesion, intellectual-euhural orientation, active-recreational orientation, organization and control factor scores of FES-CV in study group were all significantly lower than those in control group (P 〈 0.05) , and the conflict factor scores of FES-CV significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The father and mother warmth and understanding factor scores of EMBU in study group were all significantly lower than those in control group( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the father severity punishment, father rejection denying, mother excessive interference protection factor scores of EMBU significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). In boys, the father severity punishment, father rejection denying, mother excessive interference protection factor scores of EMBU in study group were all significantly higher than those in control group(P 〈0.05) , and the mother warmth understanding factor scores of EMBU significantly lower than those in control group(P 〈0.05). In girls, the father and mother warmth and understanding factor scores of EMBU in study group were all significantly lower than those in control group( P 〈 0.05 ), and the father severity punishment, father rejection denying, mother excessive interference protection factor scores of EMBU significantly higher than those in control group( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion There is abnormal for the family environment and parental rearing styles in the children and adolescents with school refusal.
