摘　　要：济南市旅发委以济南旅游志愿者总队为核心，陆续推出一系列活动，引导和强化大众文明旅游意识，倡导泉城文明旅游新风尚。Queuing for tickets, being thoughtful to offer convenience for others to take photos, throwing garbage in the wastebasket, taking care of the environment - civilized tourism has grown into a general trend in Jinan in virtue of a variety of actions that Jinan Tourism Development Commission has taken. The Commission organized a series of activities - in which the tourism volunteers corps played as a central force -includin＇civilized tourism, ten improvements of tourism＂one-hundred-day guidance of the tourism volunteers in the parks＂ butterfly action of tourism volunteering services of Lixia district＂, in order to help raise public awareness of civilized tourism and advocate a new trend of civilized tourism in the city of springs.
