摘　　要：利用全站仪对工业设备进行形态检测时,为了提高检测结果的精度,在数据采集环节提出了一种利用稳健抗差估计理论和方差分量估计理论,高精度解算空间自由设站三维坐标的方法。该方法可以合理地确定全站仪自由设站中三类观测值的权比问题,同时能够抵抗已知点含有的数据粗差对解算结果的影响。通过算法程序计算实测数据,分析表明该方法实用、有效,在高精度工业测量领域具有一定的推广价值。When using the total station to detect the form of industrial equipment,in order to improve the accuracy of detection results,in the data acquisition link,a calculating method to the three-dimensional coordinates of space free station calculate high precision is proposed by usingthe steady robust estimation theory and variance component estimation theory. The method can reasonably determine the weight ratio problem of three kinds of observating value in the total station＇s free station,and it can resist the influence to the solution result by the data gross error of existing Doints. Through the algorithmic program,the measured data is calculated. The analysis shows that the method is practical and effective,and it has a certain popularization value in the field of high precision industrial measurement.
