王笑民治疗肠癌经验探析

摘　　要：肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,在我国的发病率和病死率有逐年上升趋势,目前较多采用以手术为主的综合治疗,而中医药是综合疗法中不可缺少的重要部分。王笑民教授是知名中西医结合肿瘤专家,在中医药治疗恶性肿瘤方面临床经验丰富,笔者有幸侍诊,总结王笑民教授治疗晚期肠癌的临床经验。王教授认为肠癌的病因病机以脾肾不足为本,痰毒瘀阻为标,临证时应辨证与辨病相结合,补脾益肾、祛瘀解毒兼顾,取得了较好的治疗效果。通过验案两则,说明中医药可以提高晚期肠癌患者的生活质量,延长生存期。Colorectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumor in digestive tract and it morbidity and mortality are increasing by years in China. At present,the comprehensive treatment with surgery is mostly adopted,in which TCM is indispensable. Prof. Wang Xiaomin is the well-known tumor expert of integrated Chinese and western medicine and has rich clinical experiences in the treatment of malignant tumor with TCM. The writers summarized Prof. Wang＇s clinical experiences in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Prof. Wang believes that the insufficiency of the spleen and kidney is the root,and the stagnation of phlegm,toxin and stasis is the secondary in terms of the etiology and pathogenesis of colorectal cancer. In clinical treatment,the syndrome differentiation should be combined with the disease differentiation. Tonifying the spleen,benefiting the kidney,removing stasis and detoxification should be integrated. Hence,the satisfactory therapeutic effects are obtained. Two cases were analyzed in the paper to indicate the improvement of living quality and the prolonging of survival span with TCM in the patients of advanced colorectal cancer.
