摘 要:研究槲寄生碱Ⅰ(N-桂皮酰基丁二胺)对结肠癌HT-29细胞生长的抑制作用.将体外培养结肠癌HT-29细胞接种到96孔板,细胞生长良好后,将给药组分为5个剂量组(0.8、0.4、0.2、0.1、0.05 mg/m L),进行干预,48 h后,采用MTT比色法观察槲寄生碱Ⅰ对结肠癌HT-29细胞的抑制作用,并计算细胞抑制率.各实验组吸光度(A)随给药质量浓度的增加而降低,肿瘤抑制率逐渐增高.IC50值为0.499 mg/m L.槲寄生碱Ⅰ对结肠癌HT-29细胞生长有显著的抑制作用.To study the inhibitory effect of mistletoe alkali I ( N - cinnamoylputrescine) on the growth of HT -29 colon cancer cells. In vitro cultured HT -29 colon cancer cells were inoculated in 96 well plates. The mistletoe alkali I was added after the cells grew well. The drug delivery groups were divided into five groups : 0.8 mg/mL group, 0.4 mg/mL group, 0.2 mg/mLgroup, 0.1 mg/mL group and 0.05mg/mL group. After the intervention of 48 h, the inhibitory effects of mistletoe alkali I on HT - 29 colon cancer cells were observed by MTY assay. And the cell inhibition rate was calculated. The absorbance of each experimental group with the increase of concentration decreased, and the tumor inhibition rate increased gradually. The ICs0 of mistletoe alkali I was 0. 499 mg/mL. It could significantly inhibit the growth of HT - 29 colon cancer cells.
