摘 要:通过对多工位弹簧成型机机械结构及工作原理的分析,提出基于IPC+PMAC+QT的数控系统软硬件总体设计方案。采用分层思想,对数控系统前台控制层、通讯层和后台管理层进行设计。基于PMAC运动控制卡,设计了下位机运动程序和PLC程序。介绍了IPC与PMAC的Ethernet接口通讯方式。基于QT图形界面开发工具,在Windows平台上开发出一套弹簧成型机数控软件,并对软件功能模块与实现方法进行了详细说明。该数控软件人机界面友好,功能齐全,操作便捷,经过实践检验能够满足弹簧成型机实际工作需要。Through an analysis of the mechanical structure and working principle of the spring forming machine, a general design scheme based on " IPC+PMAC+QT" structure for software and hardware of the CNC sys- tem is first presented. Then the foreground control layer, communication layer and background manage- ment layer of the CNC system are designed by the use of hierarchical design concept. Based on PMAC, the motion programs and PLC programs are devised. Besides, Ethernet interface communication approach between IPC and PMAC is introduced. Finally based on QT, a CNC software for spring form- ing machine is developed on Windows platform, the function modules and implementation methods of the software are presented as well. So far, the operation of the CNC system is stable and reliable with friendly human-machine interface, full function and convenient operation, and the system meet the re- quirement of the spring forming machine in practice.
