摘  要:为了准确检测导电滑环表面上微槽的位置,开发了一套基于机器视觉的导电滑环表面微槽位置检测系统。运用Matlab软件对相机采集到的滑环图像进行处理,提取导电滑环上每条铜环的左右两侧边缘,进而检测出铜环表面微槽位置。将检测出的信息生成数控加工代码,控制机床实现导电滑环表面微槽的自动加工。实验结果与传统人工检测后加工微槽的方式进行对比,验证本系统能满足加工精度的要求下,可以提高加工效率,符合现代生产的要求。In order to accurately detect the position of the microchannel on the surface of the conductive slip ring, a set of mierochannel position detection system based on machine vision was developed. The slip ring ima- ges collected by the camera were processed by Matlab software to extract the left and right edges of each copper ring on the conductive slip ring, and the position of the microchannel was detected. Detecting the information to generate CNC (computer numerical control) machining code and controlling the ma- chine to achieve the conductive slip ring surface micro-slot automatic processing. The experimental re- sults are compared with the traditional methods of mierochannel processing. It is verified that the system can meet the requirements of machining precision, which can improve the processing efficiency and meet the requirements of modern production.
