摘　　要：目的研究抑瘤素M(OSM)及其受体(OSMR)在IBD患者中的表达以及与抗TNF治疗中耐受反应发生的关系。方法选取我院接受的61例溃疡性结肠炎患者,采用实时荧光定量PCR方法,分别检测患者炎症程度不同的结肠部位的OSM和OSM受体的表达情况;所有患者均接受英夫利昔单抗进行抗TNF治疗,观察在治疗过程中OSM和OSMR表达情况与抗TNF治疗耐受反应出现的相关性。结果与健康对照组相比,OSM和OSMR在患者非炎症部位结肠组织表达无显著性差异(P>0.05),炎症部位和溃疡部位结肠组织表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。此外,OSM和OSMR的表达与抗TNF治疗过程中耐受反应的出现呈正相关。结论 OSM和OSMR在IBD患者的结肠组织中高表达,且其表达量与抗TNF治疗耐受反应的出现密切相关。OSM和OSMR对IBD患者抗TNF治疗中耐受反应发生的诊断具有一定的潜在应用价值。Objective To study the expression of tumor suppressor M （OSM） and its receptor （OSMR） in IBD patients and their relationship with inhibitory response in anti-TNF therapy. Methods Sixty-one patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital were enrolled. Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression of OSM and OSM receptors in colons with different inflammatory degree. All patients received infliximab Anti-TNF treatment. We then analyzed the correlations between OSM and OSMR expression with the emergence of anti-TNF treatment tolerance responsein the course of treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the expression of OSM and OSMR between the non-inflammatory and non- inflammatory tissues （ P 〉 0.05 ）, and between the inflammatory and ulcerated colon tissues （ P 〈 0.01 ）. In addition, the expression of OSM and OSMR positively correlated with the appearance of tolerance response during anti-TNF therapy. Conclusion OSM and OSMR are highly expressed in colon tissues of IBD patients, and their expressionsare closely related to the emergence of anti-TNF treatment tolerance. OSD and OSMR levelsof IBD patients with anti-TNF therapy has clinical values in the diagnosis of tolerance and is worth promoting.
