摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中IGF-1、IGF-1R及VEGF的表达及其与浸润转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测80例胃癌手术切除标本中IGF-1、IGF-1R及VEGF的表达,并分析其与胃癌病理特征的相关性。结果胃癌组织中IGF-1、IGF-1R及VEGF的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。IGF-1、IGF-1R及VEGF表达与临床分期、组织分化程度、浸润深度和有无淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05)。结论 IGF-1、IGF-1R及VEGF与胃癌的发生发展相关,参与了肿瘤的浸润转移过程,可作为评价胃癌生物学行为的参考指标。Objective To explore the expression of insulin- like growth factor- 1 （ IGF- 1 ）, insulin-like growth factor receptor-1 （IGF-1 R）and vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF）, and its relationship with cancer invasion and metastasis. Methods The expression levels of IGF-1, IGF-1R and VEGF in tissue samples from 80 patients with gastric cancer who had performed surgical excision were detected by immunohistochemical method, whose correlationship with clinicopathologic features was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of IGF-1 ,IGF-1R and VEGF in gastric cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent gastric mucosa （ P 〈 0.05 ）, which were correlated with the clinical stage, degree of differentiation, depth of invasion and lymphatic metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The levels of IGF- 1, IGF- 1R and VEGF were related with the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, which were involved in the cancer invasion and metastasis process and could be used as a reference for the evaluation of biological behavior of gastric cancer.
