摘 要:师生关系的发展基本是沿着双方权利的不断平衡协调这一主轴实现的,要构建和谐的师生关系,权利是一个不可回避且必须明确的主题。师生发生冲突的实质是道德权利的缺失所导致的师生权利关系结构的失衡,师生关系的伦理生态正在逐渐恶化。其原因主要有传统社会文化观念的影响、现行教育体制的弊端、教师教育信仰的缺失、教育形式多元化的冲击等。因此,必须在教育伦理精神的观照下重构师生关系,首先是弘扬教育的仁爱精神,实现学生被爱的权利;其次是追求教育的民主平等,构建对话式的师生关系。The development of teacher-student relationship is relized by the continuous balance and coordination of both side' s rights. To establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship, right is a subject which is unadvoidable and should be specified. In realilty, the conflict in teacher-student relationship is broutht about by the absence of moral rights, which leads to the imbalance in the structure of teacher-student rights relationship, and which also reflects the gradual deterioration of the ethical ecology of teacher-student relationship. The causes of deterioration mainly lie in the impact of traditional social and cultural concepts, the drawbacks of the current educational system, the deficiency of teachers' teaching beliefs, the impact of the diversified educational patterns, etc. Therefore, the teacher-student relathioship should be reconstructed under the framework of education ethics.
