摘　　要：随着计算机技术的快速发展,社会对计算机应用人才的需求越来越大。此文针对山东电力高等专科学校计算机应用专业人才培养方案的开发,以企业岗位胜任能力为基础,进行岗位工作分析并设计能力模型,并基于能力模型开发计算机应用专业课程体系。该课程体系可以为高职高专人才培养方案的开发提供参考。With the rapid growth of computer technology, the demand for talents in computer application is increasing. This paper focuses on the development of talent training project in computer application of Shandong Electric Power College.Based on the competence of a company position,a post analysis and a design for the model of competency are carried out,and a professional system for courses of computer application is designed by the competency model.The system of courses can be of reference for higher vocational education.
