摘 要:韦伯是一位被忽视却值得大学教师学习的大学教师,也是一位重要的教育理论家。为了在"诸神相争"的时代里维护学术自由与教育责任,以价值中立为轴心,韦伯为大学课堂设定了五项教学规范。这五项规范包括价值判断不属于课堂;政治兜售不属于课堂;个人体验不属于课堂;不以所谓"让事实自己说话"的方式灌输价值;拒绝充当学生的领袖或生命导师的诱惑。韦伯所谓的诸神之争实际上类同于当前中国大学课堂的一些乱象,特别是《辽宁日报》报道《大学课堂上的中国》的背景。当前中国大学课堂上出现的一些误区究竟是什么?我们如何改善中国的大学课堂?韦伯的五项大学课堂教学规范为中国的大学课堂教学提供了可资借鉴的参考。Max Weber is a college teacher who deserves to be learned by the other teachers but seldom people noticed that. He is also an important education theorist. In order to maintain academic freedom and educational responsibility in the era of conflict of gods and make value neutrality as the axis, Weber set five teaching regulations for the university classroom. The five teaching regulations include: without value judgment in classroom; without political selling in classroom; without personal experience in classroom; not in the form of so-called 'let the facts speak for themselves' to impart values; resisting the temptation for acting as a student leader or a life coach. Conflict of gods actually constitutes the background of The University Classroom in China which Liaoning Daily reported. What are the mistakes in current China's university classroom? How can we improve them? Therefore, Weber's five teaching regulations also can take as the reference of classroom teaching norms of university in China.
