摘 要:目的评价锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn SOD)基因Val-16Ala多态性与前列腺癌易感性的关系。方法计算机检索Pub Med、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网和万方数据库,按照纳入与排除标准选择相关的病例对照实验,检索时限均为建库至2016年1月1日。在提取资料和评价质量后,采用Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入13项病例-对照研究,其中病例组4377例,对照组7123例。Meta分析结果显示,Mn SOD基因Val-16Ala多态性与前列腺癌易感性相关,Val/Ala+Ala/Ala vs Val/Val OR=1.101,95%CI:1.007~1.203,P=0.035。根据种族类型的亚组分析,该基因多态性与高加索人种前列腺癌易感性显著相关,Ala vs Val OR=1.067,95%CI:1.004~1.135,P=0.038;Ala/Val+Ala/Ala vs Val/Val OR=1.118,95%CI:1.011~1.236,P=0.029;Ala/Ala vs Val/Val OR=1.142,95%CI:1.009~1.291,P=0.035。结论 Mn SOD基因Val-16Ala多态性与前列腺癌易感性相关,可作为该肿瘤诊断、筛查标记物。Objective To explore the association between Mn SOD Val-16 Ala polymorphism and prostate cancer risk by meta-analysis. Methods The related cases from Pub Med,CBM,CNKI and Wanfang Data were searched from the date of their establishment to January 1 st 2016,and the case-control studies of Mn SOD Val-16 Ala polymorphism and prostate cancer risk were collected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Then the quality of the included trials was assessed and meta-analysis was performed by Stata 12. 0 software. Results A total of 13 case-control studies involving 4377 cases and 7123 controls were included. The results of meta-analyses showed a significant relation between Mn SOD Val-16 Ala polymorphism and prostate cancer susceptibility,Val/Ala + Ala/Ala vs Val/Val OR was1. 101,95% CI: 1. 007 ~ 1. 203,P = 0. 035. In the stratification analysis by ethnicity,we uncovered a significant association between Mn SOD Val-16 Ala polymorphism and prostate cancer susceptibility in Caucasian population,Ala vs Val OR was 1. 067,95% CI: 1. 004 ~ 1. 135,P = 0. 038; Ala/Val + Ala/Ala vs Val/Val OR = 1. 118,95% CI: 1. 011 ~1. 236,P = 0. 029; Ala/Ala vs Val/Val OR = 1. 142,95% CI: 1. 009 ~ 1. 291,P = 0. 035. Conclusion This meta-analysis suggests that the Mn SOD Val-16 Ala polymorphism is significantly associated with the prostate cancer susceptibility,which could be used as a biomarker for diagnosing and screening of prostate cancer.
