摘  要:目的比较脑梗死超早期动脉溶栓与静脉溶栓的疗效。方法将2014年1月至2017年6月于医院就诊的166例脑梗死超早期患者随机分为动脉溶栓组与静脉溶栓组(动脉69例,静脉97例),分别使用相应的方案治疗,对比观察溶栓前后的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)。结果发病至溶栓时间3~6 h,动脉溶栓的效果优于静脉溶栓(P<0.05);大血管病变动脉溶栓的效果优于静脉溶栓(P<0.05)。结论对于急性脑梗死超早期的患者,动、静脉溶栓都是有效的。Objective To compare curative effect of the arterial and venous thrombolytic therapy in super acute cerebral infarction. Methods 166 cases with super acute cerebral infarction from January 2014 to June 2017 was randomly divided into two groups,69 cases of the arterial thrombolytic therapy,while 97 cases of the venous thrombolytic therapy,respectively apply to corresponding treating scheme. The nervous function deficit( the score of The NIHSS)were observed in arterial thrombolytic and intravenous thrombolytic therapy before and after thrombolysis in different time window. Results In 3 ~ 6 hours from attack to thrombolytic time. The comparation in the arterial thrombolytic and the venous thrombolytic therapy has significance in statistics( P〈0. 05). The comparation in the arterial thrombolytic and venous thrombolytic therapy in larger artery has significance in statistics( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The arterial and venous thrombolytic therapy are both effective in super acute cerebral infarction..
