摘　　要：目的分析无锡地区眼睑恶性肿瘤的发病情况及手术效果。方法收集2005年至2016年眼睑恶性肿瘤83例（83眼）随访1—10年的临床资料。结果肿瘤性质：基底细胞癌54例，皮脂腺癌18例，鳞状细胞癌3例，淋巴瘤6例，恶性黑色素瘤2例。年龄26～96岁。最常见者为基底细胞癌，占65．1％，其中81．5％的基底细胞癌发生在下睑。本组中除1例恶性黑色素瘤行眶内容摘除术，其余82例均在术中病理监控下行病灶切除术（Mohs切除法）联合一期眼睑修复整形术。总治愈率98．8％，术后总复发率6．02％，包括基底细胞癌复发2例，鳞状细胞癌2例，恶性黑色素瘤1例。死亡率2．4％，包括鳞状细胞癌1例，恶性黑色素瘤1例。结论眼睑恶性肿瘤病例以基底细胞癌为多见，其次为皮脂腺癌。Mohs法在病理监控下手术彻底切除效果良好，其中基底细胞癌的手术切除治愈率最高。Objective To analyze the incidence and surgery efficacy of eyelid malignant tumors in Wuxi. Methods The data of 83 eyes of 83 cases of eyelid malignant tumors from 2005 to 2010 were collected, and the cases were followed up 1-10 years. Results Tumorous types of all cases included 54 cases of basal cell carcinoma （BCC）, 18 cases of sebaceous gland carcinoma （SBC）, 3 cases of squamous cell carcinoma （SCC）, 6 cases of lymphoma,2 cases of malignant melanoma. The age of all cases were 26-96 years, the most common malignant tumor was BCC （65. 1%）. BCC in the lower eyelid occurred 81.5%. One case of malignant melanoma treated by enucleation, 82 cases underwent intraoperative pathological monitoring of the lesion resection combined with one-stage repairing plastic surgery. The total cure rate was 98.8%. Total recurrence rate was 6.02%, included 2 cases of BCC, 2 cases of SBC and 1 case of malignant melanoma. The death rate was 2.4%, included 1 case of SBC, 1 case of malignant melanoma. Conclusion The eyelid malignant tumors are more common in BCC, followed by SBC. The efficacy of Mohs method under the pathological monitoring surgical resection is good. The cure rate of BCC is the highest.
