摘 要:挥发性有机物是大气污染物之一,污染物排放量的增加,是空气能见度下降和雾霾天数增多的重要原因。在电站制造企业的涂装工序中,挥发性有机物的排放已成为重大的污染源。根据污染物的排放来源,利用"现状树"进行了果-因-果分析。提出了减少污染排放的方法,有助于强化企业对污染源的管控力度。通过改进涂装工艺,切实削减挥发性有机物的排放总量,才能改善环境空气质量。Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are one of the atmospheric pollutants, and the increase of the emission of pollutants is an important reason for the decrease of air visibility and the increasing number of haze days. In the coating process of power plant manufacturing enterprises, the emission of volatile organic compounds has become a major source of pollution According to the source of the pollutant emission, the analysis of result-reason-result was carried out using the " present tree". The method of reducing pollution emission is proposed, which helps to strengthen the management of the pollution sources. The environmental air quality can be improved by improving the coating process and reducing the total emission of volatile organic compounds.
