摘 要:定产生产页岩气分段压裂水平井的井底流压预测是制约页岩气井稳产期预测的关键难题。为此以页岩气分段压裂水平井不稳定线性渗流理论为基础,提出了产量—时间叠加函数(Q_g·t^(0.5))_(sup)概念,建立了拟压力差[m(p_i-m(p_(wf))]与产量—时间叠加函数(Q_g·t^(0.5))_(sup)特征曲线识别图版,确定了反映页岩气气藏物性和压裂改造效果的综合参数团m,构建了页岩气分段压裂水平井定产阶段的井底流压解析解预测方程。涪陵页岩气田定产生产、变配产生产2类页岩气井应用情况表明:采用新建立的井底流压预测解析解方程预测单井井底流压和实测井底流压吻合度达到95%以上,单井稳产期预测精度达到90%以上。该方法对现场定产生产、变配产条件下的页岩气分段压裂水平井稳产期预测、合理配产具有重要指导意义。Bottom-hole flowing pressure (BHFP) prediction for multi-stage fractured horizontal shale gas with constant rate production is a key problem of stable production period estimation.Based on the transi ent linear flow theory of multi-stage fractured horizontal shale gas, the rate-time superposition function (Qg·t^0.5)sup is proposed,a type curve identification charts of pseudopressure difference[m(pi-m(pwf)]- rate-time superposition function (Qg·t^0.5)sup is established, a parameter group of m which could reflect reservoir properties and fractured effect is determined,an BHFP prediction analytical solution function for constant rate production shale gas well is constructed. This method is applied in constant rate production and variable rate production shale gas wells,the results show that there is an excellent coincidence rate between predicted BHFP and monitored BHFP,which is above 95%,and the forecasting precision of stable production period is above 90%.This BHFP prediction method has an important guiding significance for stable production period prediction, rational proration of multi-stage fractured horizontal shale gas well with constant rate production.
