摘　　要：新形势下,世界呈现出愈加开放的趋势,我国的文化交流也在不断增多,在这种情况下,少数民族传统音乐受到一定的冲击,对传统音乐的永续利用也产生影响,这是文化发展的普遍规律,冲击中也伴随着生机。新形势下少数民族传统音乐要想实现永续利用和发展,关键在于如何让民族传统音乐主动顺应潮流,实现传承和发展。在此对新形势下少数民族传统音乐发展的制约因素和生存环境进行分析,针对存在的问题,提出少数民族传统音乐永续利用发展的对策,以便更好地保护少数民族传统音乐,推动少数民族传统音乐的可持续发展。Under the new situation, the world to show the opening, the trend of exchange, China＇s cultural exchanges increasing, in this case, the traditional minority national music is a certain impact, is impact on the sustainable use of traditional music, it is the universal law of cultural development, the impact of is also accompanied by life. In the new situation, traditional music of ethnic minorities is to achieve sustainable utilization and development. The key lies in how to make the national tradition music actively adapt to the trend and realize the inheritance and development. Article in the new situation in the development of traditional minority national music factors and survival environment were analyzed, and put forward to solve the problems that exists in sustainable utilization and development of the strategy, in order to better protect ethnic minority traditional music, and promote the sustainable development of national traditional music.
