摘　　要：结晶器专家系统是一个可使连铸铸机操作工和技术人员＂钻到结晶器里＂观察连铸过程的工具。其基本特点是在线可视化,它可以在浇铸过程中实时检测到热电偶温度、结晶器摩擦力、结晶器热流等关键生产参数的变化,给出其处于危险或临界状况的报警值,然后自动降低拉速或调整操作,及时消除隐患。为实现稳定、优化的连铸过程及生产操作创造了条件,对连铸产品的质量改进都有着重要意义。The mold expert system is a system that allows the continuous cast operator and the technician to ＂drill into the mold＂ to observe the continuous casting process.Its general characteristics are visualing onlion,It can quickly detect the thermocouple temperature,mold friction,mold heat flow and other key production parameters in the casting process changes,given the alarm value of its dangerous or critical conditions,and then automatically slowed down or adjusted operational,eliminated Hidden danger timely.To realize continuous casting process stabilization and optimiztion and provide production conditiongs.It is of great significance to improve quality of continuous casting productions.
