摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平进一步丰富和发展了马克思主义人的全面发展学说。他站在中华民族伟大复兴和人类社会和平发展的高度,运用科学社会主义和辩证唯物主义相结合的理论思维,将个体的人生出彩与国家的发展强大统一起来,将个人的全面发展与人类的发展进步统一起来,将"私德"修养与民族的"大德"建设统一起来,将办好全面发展的教育与促进人的全面发展统一起来,强调优先发展教育、促进教育公平,全面贯彻党的教育方针,大力弘扬和践行社会主义核心价值观,立德树人,着力培养德智体美等全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,从而将马克思主义人的全面发展学说推向新高度和新境界。Since the 18th CPC national congress, Xi Jinping has further enriched and developed the Marxist theory of all-round development of mankind. He is standing at the height of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and of the peaceful development of human society, using the theory thinking combining scientific socialism and dialectical materialism. He combines the brilliant individual life with the development of the nation, the all-round development of an individual with the development and progress of mankind, the personal morals accomplishment with national greatness construction, the comprehensive development of education with the all-round development of mankind. He emphasizes the we should give priority to development of education, to promote the education fairness, to fully implement the Party＇s education policy, to vigorously promote and practice the socialist core values, to strengthen moral education and train qualified personnel, to focus on cultivating all-round socialist builders and successors, and to promote the all-round development theory of Marxism to a new height and new realm.
