摘　　要：在"大众创业、万众创新"的时代背景下,本文结合高等院校教学现状,提出建立培养创新人才多元化教学模式,并进行相关研究;在教学中,保证提高学习能力的同时,增强学生的创新意愿和创新能力培养,为国家建设输出优秀的人才。Under the popular trend of ＂entrepreneurship and innovation＂, this paper, based on the analysis of the current situation of teaching in colleges and universities, introduces a diversified teaching mode of cultivating innovative talents and elaborates relevant research. The outcome of teaching should be adjusted to focus on cultivating students＇ innovative sense and ability as well as enhancing their learning ability, which addresses the demand of the development of our country.
