高校幸福观教育的有效路径

摘　　要：当下中国社会,人们的物质生活水平提高,但幸福感却并未因此得到相应提升。身处高校的大学生,生活在物质条件充裕、文化精神生活丰富的时代和社会环境中,本应具有较强的幸福感,但很多大学生却并不快乐,不仅对幸福的感受层次较浅,更缺少创造幸福的意识和能力。探索高校幸福观教育的有效路径,能纠正当代大学生对幸福理解的偏差,增强他们应对不幸和对抗挫折的自信和勇气,引导和提升其发现、感知和开创幸福生活的能力,因而具有重要的理论与实践意义。In the present Chinese society, people＇s material standard of living has risen, but their happiness has not been raised accordingly. Undergraduates living in colleges and universities should have a strong sense of well-being while living in a time rich in material conditions and rich in cultural and spiritual life. However, many college students are not happy. They not only feel a sense of well-being more Lack of awareness and ability to create happiness. Exploring the effective path of happiness outlook education in colleges and universities can correct the deviation of contemporary college students＇ understanding of happiness, enhance their self-confidence and courage in dealing with misfortune and confrontation and setback, and guide and improve their ability to discover, perceive and create a happy life. Therefore, it has an important theory and practical significance.
